Participants will learn mindfulness, soft belly breathing and self-care. Yoga will strengthen the muscles, improve balance, flexibility and focus. By practicing mindfulness a few minutes per day, students and teachers will become proficient in concentration, creativity and self-awareness. Students should expect fun and challenging movements and stillness that requires focus and concentration. Student will need room to move while standing and seated on the floor. Mats are not required.
