Join us as we work scientifically as we investigate the world of coral, searching for evidence to argue whether coral is living or nonliving. Students will use observations and research to explore how scientists use these tools to analyze and reason their way through new ideas and understandings surrounding the natural world.

By practicing mindfulness a few minutes per day, students and teachers will become proficient in concentration, creativity and self-awareness. Students should expect fun and challenging movements and stillness that requires focus and concentration. Student will need room to move while standing and seated on the floor. Mats are not required.
