The focus of this yoga program is to improve flexibility and strength by utilizing traditional stretching, balance and yoga postures. Yoga is appropriate for all students as well as adults regardless of fitness levels. This is a great way to warm up before a run, bike ride, workout, gardening or chores. Stay on your feet as you improve your flexibility. Students should expect 30-minutes of movement, mostly standing. Modifications will be made as necessary. Students should have room to move and comfortable clothing. Mats are not required. More
